The Ontario
Halfway House Association (O.H.H.A.) is a non-profit
professional organization, which serves as a forum for
non-governmental organizations that are primarily residential
service providers for federally sentenced adults. The
Association was constituted in 1979. The current membership is
made up of the majority of halfway house organizations and
treatment facilities serving federally sentenced offenders in
the Region of Ontario as well as other criminal justice
organizations and interested persons. Through the work of the
Ontario Halfway House Association we promote and facilitate
community-based criminal justice services.
